Magazine Returns

We accept returns for magazines only if they have been damaged during transit.

  • To initiate a return for a damaged magazine, please contact us at hello@soulbasemag.me within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

  • Along with your notification, please provide photographic proof of both the damaged magazine and its packaging.

  • Upon verification, we will usually offer a replacement for the damaged magazine. If the particular issue is no longer in stock, we can provide a refund for the damaged item.

Digital Products

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital products, including digital versions of our magazine.

  • Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed, it is non-refundable.
